New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) use high-voltage lithium battery relays, busbars, and rapid charging infrastructure. These components handle high current densities. High-purity OFC reduces thermal losses and prevents failure under high electrical loads.
In high-frequency transmission, current travels primarily along the surface of the conductor (the skin effect). Impurities or cuprous oxide inclusions in standard copper can cause signal attenuation and phase distortion.
